Why We Focus on Application
Here's what we noticed early on: plenty of people knew formulas but couldn't build a model someone else could use. They'd create these elaborate spreadsheets that only made sense to them.
That's not particularly useful in a business context. So we designed programs around building models that need to communicate clearly, handle changes without breaking, and make assumptions visible to whoever reviews them.
Turns out that's what most workplaces actually need. The fancy techniques matter less than building something reliable that serves its purpose.
